I want to integrate Skype for business with my SIP number, but "phone integration" section in options of skype for business is disabled, is this because i have wrong type of subscription (Business Premium) or is this because of something else?
Couldn't find any distinct information about this.
Am i doing this correctly?

You need Phone System / CloudPBX - so E3 or E5, but there is more to it than that.

Having the same or similar problem:
Polycom VVX 311 (Skype for business cert) linked to active user with E3 + phone + calling plan. Can't enable phone integration
