Microsoft cannot do this so looking for a recommendation here. I have an office setup that is using native Microsoft phone numbers (i.e. were never ported from another provider) which you cannot setup Caller ID for as Micorosot still do not support doing this. We have waited over a year hoping a solution would be coming and are now looking for alternative options.
My thought is to order a single number from another provider that we can setup proper called ID and then port that one number to SfB. My question is can I do this? Where can I order a single phone number, get its Caller ID setup and then port over?
Looking for suggestions?
The number needed is in USA and specifically in California.
