Office 365 - Skype for Business 'Try Skype Web App' Option' (Outlook 32-bit)

Dear Community,

One of my user is not able to see the 'Try Skype Web App' option in his Skype Invites. The user is on Ofice-365 with following versions, when we click 'Update Now' then we get message indicating that it's already on the latest version of Outlook:

Outlook: Microsoft Outlook 2016 MSO (16.0.7329.1047) 32-bit
Office: Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus Version 1609 (Build 7369.2120)

Thanks so much.

Looks like the user is on "Deferred Channel" updates, hence the user doesn't have the latest features. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt592918.aspx

While talking to the user another interesting feature the user would like to have is a setting where organizer can have the Skype "Call the Organizer" at the time of meeting. We know while joining the meeting it gives option for 'call back' but we were looking to have an option host can give that option while creating the meeting invite itself. Please guide if that possible today or if it's forthcoming.

Thanks so much.

Hi Vivek,

Your user wants something where the organizer gets called, automatically, by the service without their interaction at meeting start time? I don't think that's on the team's radar and would have to be explored. Can you work with your account team to enter this as a feature request?
