Multiple Extension Off Single DID

We're in the midst of preparing for a migration to Skype Online and I'm trying to find information on this particular feature and whether it is available or not. In more detail we have a number of users who don't have their own DID but rather have extensions off of our main line.  Are these types of settings supported in SfBO?

For example we have users with LineURI's such as:

tel:+13215551234;ext=2102

tel:+13215551234;ext=2103

tel:+13215551234;ext=2104

Is that configuration supported in SfBO? Will we have to setup custom dial plans to support such a configuration?

It is possible to configure Dialplan in Skype for business Online. You need it to configure from powershell, more info how to configure it:

Hey Erdem,

I actually read that same blog when searching for the answer to this question. It doesn't quite answer the question as to whether using multiple extensions off a single DID is supported. I suppose if I setup the dial plan and see if this actually works.  I also forgot to mention that we're currently in a Hybrid scenario so we already have dial plans setup in our on-premises deployment.
