A few end-users from our organization logged an incident stating that Skype for Business call quality is not good (cutting out / fuzzy sometimes). when I checked the SFB Report, I noticed that the Modalities are shown as "Unknown" (instead of video, audio, instant messaging). I also noticed from the User Activity Report that the Average Jitter Inter Arrival is highlighted with Yellow.
Unknown means what?
Please advise if anyone of you guys encountered or seen this and let me know if there's a way to solve the call quality issue.
