I've tested Microsoft's PSTN dial-in conferencing solution against PGi and my old free "Start Meeting"/FreeConferenceCall.com and Microsoft's lag is noticeably worse, on the order of 500ms. We need this for conference calls with current and potential clients outside of the firm, so can't rely on VOIP via PC or mobile app.
PGi is much better and does offer a plan with pricing similar to Microsoft's, but PGi requires a minimum # of seats for that plan which far exceeds our needs.
Has anyone else noticed this, and if so is there any solution?
