We found there's one user in my company, when she uses 1 company laptop sending message via Skype for Business to our colleagues in Japanese font, all the recipients can read in Japanese without any problems on Windows laptop.
But when the recipients use mobile device (iPhone / iPad) to read her message, it garble (doesn't show Japanese font as it is). We tried to ask her to send to many mobile devices users to read, it's the same BUT when they read on Windows laptop, it's working fine.
I tried to re-install Skype for Business and Microsoft Office 365 already but the problem still exist.
Not sure what should I do in this case ? Anyone face the similar issue before ?
