Issue with Unanswered calls to Response Groups

Hi,

 

I have a very strange issue. At one of our customers we have a Lync 2013 environment, with about 20 to 30 response groups. Our customer likes his unanswered calls to go to response groups. Sometimes this works, sometimes when trying to configure the response group I can find it by name, but the 'OK' button is greyed out when trying to select it as the destination.

 

When I use SEFAUtil, I'm able to configure it in the end, but that is of no use for the enduser.

Anyone have any idea what might cause this?
