Inbound call for endpoint based on Trusted Application API not happening.

Please help me, if it is possible for endpoint based on trusted application api  to receive Inbound IM call ?Requirement is  a genuine authenticated sfb online user tries to contact serive application endpoint.

This feature is not available in public preview yet.  We are tracking this item but do not have an ETA at this point.
