We are using Cloud PBX with PSTN online. We just had a user leave the company and their manager would like to have their calls forwarded for a short period. Is there any way to do this through powershell or the admin console?
The only way I have figured out how to make this happen is to reset the users password, login and set the forwarding myself. This then has to take up a license as well for the next 30 days that could be used elsewhere. Thanks!
