We currently have a Skype for Business 2015 hybrid environment. We have 2 Pools EMEA and APAC. Each Pool has 1 Edge server.
I have noticed in the topology that both the EMEA and APAC Pool properties federation routes are pointing to the EMEA edge pool and both the EMEA and APAC front end Edge pool (for media) settings are pointing to the EMEA edge server.
I know it is best practice to have all federation routes use single primary outbound federation route for a single company that comes in via a single region.
Is it best practice in a hybrid environment to have all media to use a single outbound route as well?
