DNS LBA downtime for external users

What is the expected downtime in a meeting where all users are external where they present desktop, run video and sound? Can't find anything about it when running two edgeservers and one stops and this is the one that we are logged into. When running HLB its 7 second downtime. But in DNS we seen up 90 seconds? Is 90 seconds normal?
Anyone knows any thing about this?

Anyone knows about this? What does Microsoft say? Can't find anything about it. When i look at what HBL via KEMP makes it, they does the downtime to 7 seconds but No documentation at all from MS
