CSP and Consumption Wallet

I know as of now we can't add a PSTN Consumption Wallet via CSP, but if we are using CSP to resell licenses, we can't even add the Wallet without adding a second subscription paid on the user's credit card consiting of Skype Plan 2, Cloud PBX, and PSTN Calling.  Only once we have that, can we then add a Wallet.

We would like to be able to add a Wallet either via CSP, or be able to add a Wallet without having to add the other subscription before.

Hi Kyle,

I can confirm that our organization is encountering the same issue with the Consumption Wallet with a client on CSP. Is there anyone with any additional information on how to separate the Wallet only without having to pull the associated Skype and PSTN Conferencing licenses out of CSP?

It seems over a year later and this is still an issue?  Or have I missed the new way to do this?
