Hello,
Is there any way I could count how many PSTN calls users make over time? Cannot see such options in Skype for business reporting or Call quality dashboard. We are using Skype for business on-premise.

Use monitoring reports, User Activity Report. Depending on your settings select a time frame. Export to CSV and you can filter on records or persons.
