I have several users that are consistantly experienceing a 5 second dealy when answering calls. Furthermore, it appears that this issue is specific to incoming external PSTN calls and not skype-to-skype calls. Other users on the same network with the same equipment have no issues.
Any know issues/solutions for this?

I have seen this issue fixed by updating the telephone firmware (Polycom VVX).
