I am trying to set up a call queue mad up of both cloud and on prem users (server 2005). The in cloud accounts ring but the on prem do not. If I use a call attendant to call any of the user directly, it works. Just the call queues do not

Online and hybrid fully supported
Agents and operators can be homed online or on premises
Skype for Business without on-premises cannot leverage Call Queues or Auto Attendant
MS says supported, you may need to capture the trace to identify why call not routing to on-prem user.
