Auto Attendant features

I have watched the latest training video here and I have few questions or comments regarding features that are not available according to the video:

 

1) can we set up AA where we assign DTMF digits to a online user (press 1 for mike, press 2 for john) instead of the caller having to say or type the user's name they want to reach (and disable the option for speech regognition).

 

2) how would we handle roll-based extensions, does that extension need to have an AD account and they would then have to say the name 'e.g. Warehouse Manager'

 

3) will there be functionality added in the future whereby the whole directory isn't available/searchable from any auto-attendant? This causes issues with point 2 above, as we have multiple warehouses, so if it has to be speach, we'd have to add it the site name for them to say as it wouldn't seem we could have multiple 'warehouse managers' if the whole directory is searchable. Also, from a security perspective, it is undesirable to have a wide-open AA.
