Audio Conferencing Dialout usage questions.

Hi Experts,

One of our customer raised the below query:

(i)PSTN/Audio conferencing- can you confirm that an outbound call to a domestic number (landline of mobile) is included in the license price or does a user have to pay more?

(ii)Calling Plans: We know that an international dial out requires a pre-paid CALL Plan. However in the scenario where a conference call is scheduled by a use in UK who then attends the meeting from abroad and uses the dial out to mobile function is this treated as Domestic or would that user need an internal call out plan?

Any pointers would be of great help.

According to the Microsoft support site you need communication credits for dialing out with Audio Conferencing. (There are some country’s included, not listed who).
