We are using Skype for Business and the Microsoft Phone System Cloud PBX functionality.  I'm trying to find some details about some specific calls and not sure where to look.   What I have from the PTSN usage report is the details for the ucap_in call to a service number which is an auto attendant.  I'm trying to figure out which queue it may have been directed to and if it was answered and by whom and I'm not sure where to look.  Can anyone point me in the right direction of where to look for more details?
