What’s New
The PSTN service is being updated to support new markets as part of the Skype for Business geo expansion initiative. Business customers in these markets can now enjoy Office 365 E5 Skype PSTN Service features that includes:
Add-on to Skype Cloud PBX (France): Allows for search for, acquire, and assign phone numbers to users in the organization, so that they can make calls to and receive calls from people inside and outside of the organization, directly from Office 365.
PSTN Domestic Calling (France): Enables users with the license assigned to them to call out to numbers located in the country to which they are assigned in Office 365.
PSTN Domestic and International Calling (France): Enables users with the license assigned to them to call out to numbers in 196 countries worldwide, as well as to numbers located in the country to which they are assigned in Office 365.
PSTN Consumption Billing: A convenient way to pay for Skype for Business PSTN services in these markets.
Tolled dial-in: Join the audio portion of a meeting from virtually anywhere by dialing a PSTN phone number and entering a conference passcode. Simplify your meetings by creating a single phone number for all attendees to use to dial in.
Dial-out: Dial out to other meeting attendees from within a meeting. After joining a meeting, you can transfer your meeting in progress to your phone. Dial-out calls can be domestic or international.
Toll-free dial in: Join a meeting by dialing a toll-free number and entering a PIN to join a conference.
