For many enterprises, their first point of contact with customers is through their frontline operators and call attendants, who handle large volumes of inbound callers. Every second counts when trying to make a great impression, and the right attendant console makes all the difference in delivering a seamless customer experience.

As more of our customers move their voice communication solutions to the cloud, they’ve asked for an attendant console that supports our cloud platform.  With our recently announced org auto attendant and call queue features, we continue to enhance the value of our Cloud PBX offering, including the resources needed to enable partners to build tailored solutions for attendant consoles that work with Skype for Business Online.

One of our first partners to market with an attendant console that supports Skype for Business Online is Enghouse Interactive.  Utilizing the Skype for Business client SDK, org auto attendant, and call queue features, their TouchPoint Attendant solution natively integrates into Microsoft’s Skype for Business Online and Office 365.

Not sure this is the right forum to market third party products James. There's pretty strong guidance about community members doing this so perhaps Microsoft needs to abide to this too? @James Skay @Lana O'Brien. On a purely technical note I think this functionality should be a first party deliverable

Too bad that this basic functionality of many other pbx solution is not part of skype for business.

Even the current Teams roadmap doesnt show that capability as I know so far.
