who create master list and child list in sharepoint

I would like to create Master list and child list from Master list.

When child list updated, Master sheet has rto update automaticlly.

Can any one suggest what is best way for this.

Use a Workflow or Flow to trigger when a new item is created in the child list and create a new item in the master list.
