Where do I find my sharepoint form?

I'm a bit confused!

I created a form, have a link to it on a page that looks like this:

https://mycompany.sharepoint.com/:l:/s/ambertest/FKRPIB72pvNDvoC4t1TFCTMBitqYSm8AauzGLQbWGK9_Pg?nav=...

If I click this link, it opens the form I created.
I don' remember where I copied this link from. 
I am trying to link to this form from another page. AND I want to edit the form - but can't find where/how I do this!

Search for ambertest and it should show up!
