Where can we find the HOTFIX for Sharepoint server?

Hi,

I'm doing a server migration, I'm migrating SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint 2016 on premise.

I'm having some difficulties, but the scenario is as follows:
- I have a .BAK in the 2013 version of the website and I want to restore it to a 2016 SQL server.

- I need several HOTFIX to make the Sharepoint 2013 server the same as in 2016

- As Microsoft no longer supports the 2013 version, I am having difficulty finding the old HOTFIX.

Where can we find the HOTFIX for Sharepoint server 2013,2014,2015,2016,2017,2018,2019 and 2020?
