Good afternoon, I need to create an intranet, to share news and files among the more than 300 employees of the company.
Before starting, I have some important questions to clarify.
90% of workers are temporary and many of them have difficulty getting their email. Few have Microsoft accounts. It becomes impossible to create profiles for each of them manually.
Here are two questions, since we have Microsoft 365 Premium, but only 10 workers have this license.
1st Is there any possibility to make the site visible to all of them, in a simple and fast way?
2nd Will each user have some type of license that has costs for the company? What type of license will be required?
