Webpart not working on Mac

Has anyone had any issues with using the Form Generator webpart on a Mac? I keep getting an error:

There doesn't seem to be any issues on windows computers.

Do you mean the out of the box Forms WebPart? AFAIK, WebParts should work no matter if you are using a Windows PC or a MAC...of course there can be compatibility issues
