Weather Web Part in a sharepoint team site does not reflect the format set in regional settings of the site. Tested multiple times but of no avail. Seems as if it is a design limitation. If anyone can confirm. Thank you!
After multiple testing, it is concluded that Weather web part does not use the regional settings of the team site and gets its information from MSN weather which is not customizable.
