Way to filter column data based on Creator

Concept:

• I have a list that different users are creating Reference numbers.
• From another list that is used to generate Documents, users are selecting a Reference number that they want to use in this Document from a Drop-Down(using Look Up)

I want those users to have in the Drop-Down only the reference numbers that they created! (Each user their Reference Numbers)

Is there anyway that I can achieve this?

(I know that I can't use [Me] in a calculated column.)

You would need to customise the list form using PowerApps to filter the values from the reference number list.
