Versioning in SP

Hi,

I have around 700 versions of a document, roughly 15 of these have comments that were added when checking the document back in. Is there a way for me to save these specific documents (the ones woth comments) when I reach the maximum number of versions allowed?

@aaanne I don't think there is any SharePoint out of the box setting which will allow you to keep only the versions with comments.

When document reaches the maximum number of versions allowed, it will keep only the recent documents (irrespective of if version has comments or not).
