User with Edit Permissions having difficulties in editing the document.

Hello All,

I am having an issue in SharePoint Online. Where the user is provided with edit permissions, Unfortunately, he can only view the document. When I checked on manage access by clicking on ... ellipses. it's showing that the user has edit access. Strange thing is that all the users in that library are having edit permissions couple of them doesn't have any issues there are 2-3 users who are facing this issue.

Following are the ways tried:
1) Changed accessing file from IE to Chrome.

2) Removed and provided access again as fresh.

Hi,
Ask the users to clear the cache and re-open the site again and check the access. Sometimes the site is not refreshed completely because of the browser cache.
