A user is having problems giving access to external users - when they share an access link, the external user receives a notification giving a verification code, but thereafter, sees this:
I am global admin - our default sharing policy is that site members with edit permissions can share files folders.
As far as I can see, this issue is localised - do I need to amend this user's permissions?
