Hi,
I have a user that is in a group with other users who can access an Excel spreadsheet but this individual cannot.
I've removed them from the group and added them back in but they still are unable to open the excel spreadsheet. Either from App or browser??
Any idea? We use Azure AD could it be related to their profile??

These are the error messages being received
No other persons in the group receive these errors.
It's a Read Only document
They have made a copy and can access this.

They have made a copy of the excel spreadsheet and can access and view that. thank you for your suggestion !!
