User cannot access Excel uploaded to SharePoint on Line

Hi,

I have a user that is in a group with other users who can access an Excel spreadsheet but this individual cannot.  

I've removed them from the group and added them back in but they still are unable to open the excel spreadsheet.  Either from App or browser??

Any idea?  We use Azure AD could it be related to their profile??

Hi - a few questions that might help: what error message do they see when trying to access? Are there other documents in the group that they can access? If you create a copy of the spreadsheet, can they access that copy?

These are the error messages being received

No other persons in the group receive these errors.

It's a Read Only document

They have made a copy and can access this.
