As of lately, sometimes when users have been uploading some rather large files (500mb+) to a document library, their files are not fully uploaded. When we go check the file, its empty with a size of 0kb. We are unable to reproduce this error. Is there anything we could do to avoid this issue in the future?
Without seeing what is going on there are too many variables to know why that would be. My suggestion is that if this happens sync the location that you are uploading the file to via OneDrive for Business and drop the file in there. The Sync client will then take care of the upload.
