Update column values when bulk uploading to picture library

Hello,

I'm trying to bulk upload images to the Picture Library under our site content using a CSV file via the SparePoint Migration tool. 

The CSV template mentions updating 6 columns for information - 3 source and 3 destination to make sure the files follow the right path. 

Since we have other columns in our library - tagging the images as below: 

Can I - 

1. Add these columns to the CSV file that I'm uploading so the columns match and the information is updated?

2. Is there any other way I can automate the process of column data matching without having to fill them out individually?

Are the values present inside the pictures? (e.g. keywords, GPS location, ...)?
If so, there are 3rd party tools that will fully automate the process of filling the columns.

@Paul de Jong Hi Paul, we tried using third party data extraction and realized that for other columns that had new information, we'd have to manually fill it in. We populated columns manually for a bulk of images we uploaded!
