Unexpected Error Message when editing modern pages

We are getting errors "You cannot edit this page

We're sorry, we encountered an unexpected error. Please try again, if the problem persists please contact your Administrator." Is anyone else seeing this type of issue?

I'm guessing it might be related to all of the changes rolling out, but that is just a wild guess.

Yep, and unfortunately there is nothing we can do here apart to open support cases

To fix the issue please edit the page in advanced mode with SharePoint designer 2013 and replace ContentTypeId with below value or you can also copy the value from any working modern page.

This issue is caused because the page property content type is changed or incorrect, it should be site page
