Unable to open XSL editor while editing page in SharePoint on-premise

I have edited the page under SharePoint 2010 on-premise. I have to edit the web part it shows the dialog box like the below image. When I try to click on buttons XSL Editor and Parameters Editors nothing happens.

How can I check the code written under XSL editor? Can anyone help me with the same?
