I have added a collection of URLs to a document library. Oddly, I am unable to navigate to the URLs that point to other SharePoint sites when searching for them using the site's search feature. The URL filename appears, but when I click on the link, I either receive an "this site can't be reached" error, or only I see only the site's banner image. I am able to access these URLs from the document library, however. For other URLs that are not pointing to SharePoint sites, I first see "Hmm...looks like this file doesn't have a preview we can show you" with an Open button underneath. Clicking the button successfully navigates me to the site.
It's important that I set this up so the URLs are accessible via search. Does anyone know why this could be happening or can suggest a workaround? Thanks!
