Unable to create a new index

We are trying to create a new index as given in the screenshot attached below. When we click create, it says "working on it. this shouldn't take long" but doesn't complete the index creation process. anyone any has any idea on this,Please?

@chathuranga_i  did you ever figure out how to get past this?  I have the same issue.
