Two columns, same values

In a document library, I have a column called "SW Version" (software version). I also want to display "Fix Version." This second column should contain the same possible valid values to choose from as the first column does. (One is "the software version this issue applies to." The other is "the software version where we fixed this, so it's not an issue anymore.") Possible?

You can create one Master List with "Versions" list where you can manage all possible version.

Then in document library you can both the columns of type "Lookup" and point this lookup column to Versions list. Using this way for both the columns will have same possible values and Lookup list is same both the columns
