Twitter (Preview) webpart intermittently rendering twice

I seem to be having this issue where the Twitter (Preview) web part intermittently renders twice on a page. When it does, F12 Developer tools shows me there are two identical <iframes>. Sometimes refreshing the page causes it to render correctly. Has anyone else seen this behaviour?

I've used powershell pnp to check the webparts on the page, and there is only one Twitter webpart, so there isn't a "hidden" one causing problems that I can tell.

No. I wondered if I was the only one having the problem. Are you experiencing it too?

@Ross McLean  we are experiencing this as well. We put our corporate feed on a page with a limit of 1. Sometimes we see 1, sometimes we see 2 of the same. Haven't figured out the pattern though.
