Trying to setup a Press Corner file sharing using Sharepoint

Hello,

I'd like to setup a Press Corner file sharing using sharepoint :

1. By following a link asking for a "login" to access the library.
2. No need of a Microsoft account for the external users.
3. Permissions to access media and download but not to modify files architectures / meta data / folders ...
4. Permissions to view only the concerned library and not access the other team sites.

5. Links and access are not timed

Sorry if that seems simple to do, but I am new to Sharepoint, also is there a limit to how many "external" users can access our Library.

I suggest you:

1. Create a SharePoint group for external user with read only permissions (with this you solve your points: 1, 2, 3 & 5)

2. Add that group only to the library or if you want to share the SharePoint site, go to permissions select "SharePoint site only" (with this the point 4, see image below)
