Tracking who access some specific files

Hi, my client is asking for a solution to track who is accessing / reading some specific files - mostly training videos on a Sharepoint Online site - to get statistics on who attended some on-line training. Is there any solution you can propose me ?

@AlainVeillette Have a look at the alert policies and activity alerts for activities related to files.

Let me just add that you have more tools in the above Compliance portal as well (such as audit log, content search).
