Tools to convert SharePoint 2013 workflows to Power Automate flows

Hello!

Can anyone advise how to convert SharePoint 2013 workflows to Power Automate flows?  I can see an article regarding the migration but doesn't tell me how to migrate!

You can use this tool to create an report of all the workflows and if they are upgradable :

as for tool ot migraste workflows you can use SharePoint Migration Tool:
