The sign in name or password does not match

Hi all,

 

I keep getting:

What I am trying to do is create folders which have specific permissions. I have users a CSV which contains 3 titles Folder, user and role

@AB21805 Which version of SharePoint are you using? Is MFA enabled for user account you are using to run this PowerShell?

If you are using SharePoint online and Multi factor authentication (MFA) is enabled for the user account, try using app password instead of normal password for authentication.

I have 3 versions:

Can you confirm if I have the correct version? 

 

I have tried MFA account and non MFA account (Which has Sharepoint ADmin rights)

 

This script used to work fine I am not sure whats going on, is my script too outdated is there one similar for what I want to accomplish which is create folders in a area on sharepoint with specific permissions
