A while ago i had posted a query looking for suggestions on a Help Desk solution. We were looking for a solution that could be integrated to our SharePoint environment. We already had a solution that we built on SharePoint that was limited on features. And a new one to integrate would mean that we could continue the ticketing processes without having to make any big moves. So i had many positive suggestions.
One of you suggested to create a Communication site and brand it as a help desk solution and use the features of PowerApps and Power Automate for task automation and other features.
We have decided to go on with this idea rather than adopting a help desk software like this.
Our team has already started working on this. Thanks to you guys for suggesting that.
