@annacangialosi This can be done. We have managed it by adding a new property type in the "Managed Properties" section and linking it to the Tag. E.g. We have a Term Store called departments and listed the individual departments as sub tags. We have also done this for different document types. Main tag called "Document Type" Sub-tags called policies, procedures, safety rules etc.
