Start time workaround for embedded videos

In the Microsoft docs for Stream on SharePoint it mentions a workaround for starting a video at a specific time by adding this tag to the URL:

&nav={"playbackOptions":{"startTimeInSeconds":60}}

This works if you are opening the player directly, but does not work if the video is embedded on a SharePoint page. Is there a workaround if I use a file viewer web part and specify the video through a link, to start a video at a certain timestamp on the video?

@Mike_Kelly Unfortunately, it does not work with File viewer web part.

It is supported with classic Stream web part (Single Video option):
