We have some users experiencing issues to open top/latest version files in App, ( it is opening in browser) but when he goes to version history and tries to open old version in app, it is working fine.

Does versioned " _vti_history" are stored differently in cloud and does firewall (ip/ports) are different? Who do we know ?
