If I create a classic page with a multi-column layout (for instance, 3 columns), the columns dynamically resize whether I...

1) drag the maximized browser window to another screen with a different resolution, or

2) resize the browser window on the same screen

However, if I place an image in any column using an image web part, the browser window no longer dynamically resizes the column contents. Instead, I get a horizontal scroll bar, because the column width can't go smaller than the defined width of the image.

Is there a way to preserve the dynamic resizing if I include in an image (including a consistent aspect ratio)?
