SPMT and Migration Manager support for migrating from one SharePoint Online site to another

Does SPMT or Migration Manager supports migrating content from one SharePoint Online site to another site within the same SharePoint Online tenant?

 

As per my understanding, both tools do not support migration from SharePoint Online but wanted to confirm.

It's as you said, not supported by the tool, as it says on it's site it's on-prem to online :)
